Description:
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum O Level or Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain
- Minimum 2 – 5 years of relevant sales and admin coordination in FMCG
- Good Team Player
- Excellent Communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office Applications
- Proficient in SAP will be an advantage

Responsibilities:
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
To oversee and direct export operations in compliance with customs regulations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate shipments and deliveries with Factory, 3rd party supplier, freight forwarders & customers, ensuring delivery are on time (Shipping instruction/freight rate/vessel schedule, etc)
- Set up and document the order process for new customers.
- Monitoring & updating the customers to ensure their orders are completed within dateline.
- Prepare full set of export shipping documents based on L/C, Certificate of Origin, Customs, Insurance declaration
- Respond to customer request, complaints or inquiries.
- Review and Process all incoming sales orders.Other daily export administrative duties not limited to the above.
