JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Min with Diploma in Logistics Management or equivalent
• 2-3 years of relevant experience
• Expereince in freight forwarding or NVOCC, ocean freight & DG goods will be an advantage
• Good team player with ability to work independently
• Knowledge in microsoft applications

• Coordinate the operational handling of LCL Transshipments & Consolidation at LCL Gateway
• Planning of LCL Consolidation Container in respect to IMDG Code and cargo requirements
• Optimize the stuffing and utilization of Consoldation Container
• Planning of container base on volume (by tabulation of shipment volume of Inbound TS Cargo and Local Export Cargo, decide own consol vs co-load)
• Liaise with NVOCC Consolidator, CFS and Regional Procurement/Shipping Lines, Trucking Companies
• Liaise with inter-company’s subsidiaries in respect to LCL Transshipments
• Provide LCL Tariff for Transshipment and arrange upload in in-house system
• Perform Profit & Loss analysis/profit share calculation including invoicing
• Submit bookings to NVOCC consolidator/Shipping Lines
• Complete Dangerous goods declaration (PM4 for DG cargo application), pre-planning and assign it into each container, prepare shipping documents such as master or house BL, etc.
• Quote to rate enquiries from foreign subsidiaries
