Description:

General office duties as assigned by the Service Department managers which may include:

  • Preparation of Delivery Orders and necessary documentation for delivery of equipment from our workshop.

  • Liaise with customer and freight forwarders with deliveries to and from our workshop, following up where necessary.General administrative duties as required.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Knowledge and experience in logistics, shipping, and Incoterms.
  • Knowledge and experience in custom duties and taxation.
  • Knowledge in ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics will be used) is an advantage but not a requirement.
  • Good communication skills in English both verbal and written.
  • Computer confidence.3-5 years’ experience in the relevant job scope.
