JOB DESCRIPTION

• Monitor vessel movement/ vessel operation (TC & VC) and solve operational issues.
• Check the estimated port costs and appointment of agents
• Liaise with relevant parties
• Freight invoice preparation/laytime calculation
• Freight/Hire collection
• LOI & B/L preparation / confirmation
• Assist with agency work while necessary
• Other duties assigned by the company as deemed fit (e.g. administration, etc.)

REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidates are preferred to possess a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Maritime Studies, Logistic/Transportation, Business Studies/Administration/Management, or equivalent.
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Maritime/Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): MS Office.
• Full-Time position.
• Non-experienced/entry-level candidates may be considered.
• The ability to communicate in Mandarin Chinese is a must, (In order to coordinate with the Mandarin Chinese speaking counterparts)
