REQUIREMENTS

- Must have strong computer skills.
- Able to perform tedious/repetitive tasks with a high level of quality and attention to detail.
- Ability to work as a team or independently.
- Physical ability to lift to 50lbs
- Overtime as required
- Must have a clear criminal record (background checks will be conducted prior to start date)
- Prolonged standing, lifting, squatting, and/or bending.
- Previous knowledge of GPP, GAP and/or GMP regulations considered an asset
- Ability to or willingness to learn how to operate a forklift.
Responsibilities:
THE ROLE
Auxly Cannabis Group Inc. is currently looking for a Shipping & Receiving Associate. The successful Candidate will be responsible to perform shipping and receiving activities physically and digitally using ERP systems and Microsoft office, including operating a forklift.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare, update, and complete Shipment Documentation, Audits, Pick Tickets, and trackers using multiple resources for accuracy.
- Receive, verify, and communicate all incoming shipments and packages distributing to other departments.
- Accurately Complete ERP entries for any inbound or outbound orders.
- Report any Overages, shortage, and damages on any inbound shipments.
- Communicate with Quality on any QA Inspection requirements coming into the facility.
- Troubleshoot shipping issues and customer issues that pop up regularly; working to solve these.
- Keep open and clear lines of communication with production, transportation, and Inventory teams based on priorities.
- Adhere to all Health & Safety policies as well as internal QMS policies.
- Operate Forklift as required.
- Complete movements throughout the facility physically and digitally.
- Other related tasks as assigned.
