JOB DESCRIPTION
An opportunity exists for a Sr Customer Service Administrator in the Administrative role at Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. This position offers the right candidate a key position and will provide opportunities for career development and growth. The position is located in Tewksbury, MA USA.

As a Sr Customer Service Administrator, you will play a crucial role in enabling our customers to help make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer by providing maintenance, repair, and calibration equipment solutions.
REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent, or relevant experience, is the required minimum education.
- Technical school preferred.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a data entry/administrative role communicating with customers and supporting customer service relationships.
- Ability to operate independently, with initiative, and good business judgment.
- Good computer skills including an understanding of Windows, Word, Excel, and Access.

Responsibilities:
- Connect with customers on service subjects such as quotes, issues found during repairs, and updates to purchase orders based on customer approvals.
- Handle Work Orders in the CRM to ensure that work completed on a customer asset is detailed sufficiently to provide a service record for the asset.
