What you’ll be doing:

  • Serve as the client lead to ensure business strategies and objectives are successfully achieved
  • Campaign and bid management of Shopping engines, such as Google Shopping, Microsoft Product Ads or Comparison Shopping Engines (Connexity)
  • Support other media channels with feed-driven strategy to help provide a more holistic approach and connect our Shoppable programs
  • Implementing key divisional projects across applicable accounts
  • Create, manipulate, and manage product feeds used for Shoppable programs
  • Daily use of third-party feed management platforms
  • Audit product feeds and point out issues and recommendations
  • Regularly review cross-channel performance to find opportunities for cross-team collaboration
  • Mentor junior team members on client relationship building and campaign management
  • Lead large accounts while delegating tasks and supporting junior team members
  • Serve as a leader on the Shoppable Media team by hosting trainings to further the development of customer service and approach to strategy

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience managing performance of Shoppable programs or other digital marketing channels
  • 2+ years of experience working with product feeds
  • Experience with third-party feed platforms like Feedonomics
  • Experience in handling large product feeds – over 100k SKUs
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel
  • Travel up to 25% depending on client needs
  • Advanced in Powerpoint / Google Slides
  • Advanced in Google Merchant Center
  • Experience with bid management platforms like SA360 & Kenshoo/Skai
