Responsibilities:
- Researching and understanding Shopper insights (purchase decisions, shopper journey etc) together with the Category and Insights Lead & brand teams.
- Build shopper strategy and plans on-line and off line for Bio-Kult & Protexin brands in line with brand plans.
- Build relationships with key customers, marketing, category and sales teams and their agencies.
- Understanding customer opportunities for activations/communications, their effectiveness & timings for bespoke activities pertinent to our category development.
- Planning awareness driving launch plans and understanding planning timelines for new product launches.
- Developing shopper agency partnerships to develop forward thinking and creative campaigns in partnership with trade.
- Planning and executing key campaigns for the brands with internal and external partners, ensuring brand creative & messaging is translated across the shopper journey – developing best in class shopper toolkits and campaign executions
- Influencing trade partners and supporting presentations by assisting Category & sales colleagues.
- Ensuring digital and performance marketing is integrated into all relevant campaign plans.
- Manage shopper budget for activation.
- Aligning to JBP goals and deliverables with the NAMS.
