Our ST Continuous Quantitative trading desk is looking for you!

• Deliver Front Office performance and operational excellence in the field of quantitative algorithmic trading & continuous power asset portfolio re-optimization
• Team manager of traders allocated to the Continuous Quantitative Trading desk with 24/7 operations
• Commercially responsible for delivering a solid P&L performance and operational excellence across Europe regarding:
• Continuous Intraday both asset-backed and prop
• aFRR and mFRR energy bidding out of the asset portfolio in Europe
• Renewables Short-term exposure management coordination within Power Short-term trading
• Take a lead role in developing and continuously improving the Power physical quantitative trading at Uniper in close cooperation with other Uniper functions (e.g. Dispatching centers, Commercial Technology Group, Data Management, Quantitative Trading, Market Analytics, Trading Compliance, Power Delivery Management…) as well as external stakeholders (e.g. NEMO, NRA…)
• Develop team members and team structure, including diversity of perspectives
• Deliver expert knowledge around regulatory and Compliance rules and ensure effective conformity within the operations of the team
• Ensures overall Power Short-term trading Multi-Channel Optimization with the other STT desk managers
• Report to the Head of Power Short-term trading
