Responsibilities:
- Successfully complete the PLACE New Agent Launch Program to kickstart your journey.
- Collaborate closely with sales agents to navigate their clients through the home selection process.
- Deliver comprehensive, written feedback to help refine and confirm the home search criteria for clients.
- Craft and negotiate offers to champion the interests of both sales agents and their clients.
- Dedicate a minimum of 10 hours each week to lead generation activities to fuel your success pipeline.
- Engage in weekly script practice sessions to hone your communication skills, adhering to our team’s high standards.
- Actively participate in all team events and activities, embracing our collaborative culture.
- Commit to enhancing your skills and performance through weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, educational trainings, and Partner Calls.
- Efficiently manage and record your tasks and activities using PLACE Technology to ensure seamless operations and communication.
