As the Showroom Consultant, this is your opportunity to be at the forefront of branch-based sales activity, promoting brand recognition and embedding ARA Hardware as the leading hardware supplier in the industry. You’ll spearhead and execute all sales activities within the showroom encompassing individual accounts, handling cash sales, and welcoming walk-in clients. Moreover, you’ll be pivotal in supporting the Sales Manager and Branch Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive and oversee all sales operations, fostering strong connections with both prospective and established customers
  • Execute in-house call cycles tailored to branch-based customers, ensuring comprehensive coverage and engagement
  • Cultivate a robust network of customer referrals, contributing to sustained business growth
  • Demonstrate professionalism and efficiency in handling all information requests (verbal and written)
  • Contribute to the Saturday showroom schedule, enhancing accessibility and service provision
  • Collaborate with team members to foster skill development and knowledge enhancement
  • Acquire proficiency in in-house sales, purchase, and stock control systems and procedures
