Description:
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in marketing, business administration, or related fields preferred.
- Proven retail or customer service experience, especially within a showroom setting, is highly valued.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to forge strong connections with suppliers, colleagues, and clients.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends, to support showroom events and operational needs.
Responsibilities:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Efficiently manage the daily operations of the showroom to provide a seamless, high-quality experience for all visitors.
- Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers to organize compelling product demonstrations and marketing events.
- Maintain robust relationships with product marketing teams to ensure the showroom is always featuring the latest and most relevant products.
- Handle the scheduling, setup, and breakdown of events and presentations, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to planned details.
- Offer detailed product information and assist customers with special requests to elevate their shopping experience.
- Oversee inventory management and ensure the showroom presentation is consistently up to the standards of GAV.
- Implement strategies aimed at boosting visitor numbers and increasing engagement with showroom displays.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to furnish actionable insights to management, driving improvements and strategic adjustments.
