We are seeking a sales-orientated Showroom Manager to lead our high-performing team in Maribyrnong.
As the manager, you will drive sales, promote a high-performing and collaborative culture, and ensure the showroom is maintained to the highest of standards.

• Maximise sales opportunities while providing an excellent standard of customer service at all times.
• Providing exceptional product knowledge and offering solutions to customers’ furnishing needs.
• Leading a team to successfully achieve KPIs on daily & weekly targets
• Training and coaching new and existing staff as well as constantly developing your team.
• Following up on customer inquiries, solving problems, maintaining strong customer relationships, and providing great aftercare service.
