Their handmade gowns are all Australian made and excude effortless luxury, quality and style - they pride themselves on designing gowns that have soul, originality and authenticity. We have an exciting and unique opportunity to join this incredible brand as a Showroom Manager in Melbourne.
The Role |
This brand wants stepping into their Showroom to be an experience brides won’t ever forget. Designed to feel like an extension of the home, they’re a space where brides feel relaxed and comfortable as they search for ‘the one’. As Showroom Manager you are responsible for promoting this homely environment within the Showroom and within your team.
As Showroom Manager you will lead a high performing team of stylists - you will lead from the front by role modelling expected behaviours. You will operate by appointment only and style brides daily alongside your team, ensuring the operational and sales performance of the showroom is meeting and exceeding expectations.
Providing brides with a unique experience is your ultimate goal in this role and you will be highly skilled in multi–tasking to ensure that this experience is delivered by yourself and your team.
This role operates on set roster of Tuesday - Saturday with RDO’s Sunday & Monday.
The Skillset |

We’d love to chat to you if you have the following:

  • At least 2 – 3 years of previous experience in retail management or leadership position in a related field is required
  • Previous experience in driving team sales and KPI performance with a strong focus on customer service
  • Experience working in luxury fashion, the wedding or bridal industry is highly regarded
  • Demonstrated experience in leading a team with the ability to train, manage performance and develop individuals to achieve their best
  • Ability to manage leave and roster management is essential to maintain showroom operational requirements
  • High level of business acumen and financial decision making
  • Previous experience with stock management, inventory processes and stock counts and providing accurate recording of stock items and any issues to our Inventory team
  • Impeccable presentation and written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with our customers from the initial consultation to closing the sale
  • Strong ability in managing appointment scheduling & completing data entry (experience in using NetSuite is advantageous)
