Showroom Team Member

THE ROLE:

As the Power Tools specialist you will be working in the Showroom interacting daily with our customers who are the heart and soul of our business.

Daily you will be responsible for –

• Take ownership of the Powers Tools department within our showroom
• Service our customers and provide expert advice on our range of power tools.
• Play an integral part of growing sales within this department
• Assist customer with the hiring of our power tools
• Merchandising of the department and arrange and run promotions
• Assist customer with any returns or repairs
• Monitoring inventory and cycle counts.
• Serving customer on the trade counter when required

You will play a lead role in capturing sales opportunities across your portfolio therefore your passion for building rapport and long-lasting customer relationships is an absolute must!

• Have previous experience with Power tools
• Be customer focused and have a real drive to learn and grow
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Great attention to detail and be organised.
