Description:
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Indonesian National, based in Bali (no relocation will be provided).
- Secondary degree in Administration, Management, Secretary Academy, or other related fields.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in supporting team or assistant to leadership.
- Strong communication, writing and analytical skills.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (preferable).
- Demonstrated ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds and perspectives, and a professional commitment to promote a culture of gender equality and social inclusion.

Responsibilities:
In general, this position is expected to:
- Carry out administrative functions by requests (on call-down) when needs arise within Bali Area Team in activity’s implementation and when required.
- Provide support to Finance and Administration Assistant for Bali
- Provide support in various activities included but not limited to administering the attendance records of Bali team (FXTEs and STAs), project letters, travels, and logistics for events/activities.
- Support Bali team in ensuring compliance on required documentations and proper documentation system for the team.
- Provide support in translation (or outsourcing translation) of key program documents to ensure that all critical documents are bilingual Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Participate in regular team meetings, briefings and manage minutes of meetings.
- Other tasks as requested and agreed with the DRM Area Coordinator – Bali.
