POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Engineer with extensive knowledge in Siebel UCM and Data/Application Integration development. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven track record in team management and Agile delivery environments.

MANDATORY SKILLS:

• Siebel UCM/CRM Product: Strong hands-on experience on Siebel UCM/CRM Product with expertize in solution design roles.
• Siebel Data Validation Manager: Strong experience in Siebel Data Validation Manager.
• Integration Technologies: Knowledge of integration technologies including micro-service, Web Services and Queues, etc. is required.
• Oracle Customer Hub (Siebel UCM) & Informatica: Experience in Oracle Customer Hub (Siebel UCM) & Informatica.
• Systems Integration: Experience in systems integration.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
• Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are needed.
• Client Handling and Stakeholder Management Skills: Strong client handling and stakeholder management skills are crucial.

• Lead the design and implementation of Siebel UCM solutions.
• Develop and maintain Data/Application integration with other systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Manage a team of engineers, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment.
• Drive Agile practices within the team, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  Salary Range $90,000-115,000
