Description
We are seeking SIGINT Analysts at all levels of experience to support the United States Army Pacific Command (USARPAC) Task Order (TO). We are currently assembling our team of experienced professionals with a broad range of intelligence, operations, planning, data, training, and logistics solutions on an enterprise scale to advance technical capabilities and maximize the effectiveness of USARPAC programs, operations, and partnerships throughout the USARPAC Area of Responsibility (AOR).
The SIGINT Analyst plans, develops, manages, and supports the SIGINT Mission and provides guidance to mission staff on what they are looking for. Writes SIGINT reports and engages with customers. Applies intelligence analysis techniques against SIGINT metadata collected from foreign communications systems in order to identify, locate and track SIGINT targets, and to accurately report the intelligence gained from geospatial metadata analysis to SIGINT customers. Performs analysis of SIGINT metadata for the purpose of improving the geolocation, contact chaining, and additional communications characterizations of targets of interest. Analyzes SIGINT content and metadata to support the development of existing targets and the discovery of other analytic vectors through the reconstruction and documentation of target communications networks. Supports strategic and tactical intelligence organizations, developing, refining, and producing geo-locational data to support the development of various intelligence reports. Performs intelligence operations according to regional lines of effort 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year (24/7/365) if required due to exercises, contingencies, and crises. Provides intelligence in support of MDTF, JPMRC, and Operations Pathways.
Qualifications

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelors and five (5)+ years’ of experience; additional four (4) years of experience accepted in lieu of degree
    SAIC accepts applications on an ongoing basis and there is no deadline.
    Covid Policy: SAIC does not require COVID-19 vaccinations or boosters. Customer site vaccination requirements must be followed when work is performed at a customer site
