Job Description

  • Ensure Simultaneous Engineering activities with Development (Mechanical Designers, HW, Layout), Center of Competence (MFT’s), Process plant specialists and suppliers;
  • Lessons Learn and Best practices for the Simultaneous Engineering Team Driver.

-Identify new Technology requirements of Assembly process and support new/update -guidelines.

  • Samples assessment responsibility for worldwide projects
  • Definition and management of containment and corrective actions for concept and process issues;
  • Assessment meetings planning, moderation, reporting and follow up;
  • Assure the proper follow-up of Project maturity (RTC, Jira…)
  • Creation and alignment of Device Assembly Specification (DAS), and other technical documentation together with SE Team;
  • Stakeholders on DFMA, PFMEA and DFMEA for Project platforms;
  • PCD (Process Chain Development) moderation and follow-up;
  • Assembly/Disassembly process risk assessment (feedback on PFMEA and DFMEA);
  • Customer and Single parts packaging definition and assessment;
  • Technical support for management and project decision

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in mechanical engineering.
  • Industrial Environment Experience
  • Knowledge of materials (metals / polymers);
  • Knowledge on 3D software (NX Unigraphics preference) and Finite Element Method;
  • Knowledge on 2D Mechanical design and GDT (Geometrical Tolerance Calculation);
  • Knowledge of SAP;
  • Good level of oral and written communication, good organizational skills, with demonstrated ability to analyze, prioritize, plan, multitask
  • Critical and creative spirit and entrepreneur mindset;
  • Good knowledge in English (spoken and written);
  • Ability to work under pressure;
  • Availability to travel worldwide.
