YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

• Degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or electrical engineering
• Ideally with additional qualifications in project management and / or personnel management
• Initial management experience is an advantage
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
• Sense of responsibility and an independent, structured way of working
• Strong communication skills, empathy and leadership skills

• Actively manage the budget, risks and resources of the team and take corrective actions
• Developing detailed project plans and resource planning based on them
• Promoting collaboration and guiding team members
• Ensure timely achievement of objectives and transparency of progress within the team and early identification of issues
• Consolidating input from operational functions and project engineers
• Ensure adherence to the PDP process, including roles and responsibilities
