Due to the dynamic and diverse nature of the unit, the post holder will be exposed to a wealth of acute emergency patients providing ample opportunities to enhance their skills. The Units approach to care requires all personnel to work closely with all members of the Multi-disciplinary team to provide effective and safe care. As the Trust is on a continual journey towards improvement, you will also be involved in forward-thinking service developments with the team to ensure patient care and experience is consistently of a high standard. You will work closely with the Ward Manager, Matron and current Band 6 Sisters, helping to shape the future of this ward.
