WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Due to our continued growth, we are looking for a proactive and motived full time Site Administrator to join one of our project sites in remote WA, to work on a 2/1 FIFO roster. Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for a wide range of administration tasks.

Responsibilities:

DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Providing professional, efficient and confidential administrative support in all aspects of the Project Works
  • Coordinating of travel and accommodation requirements for employees
  • Create and maintain project roster
  • Processing & Entering Timesheets, Purchase Orders, Payroll Forms and enquiries
  • Invoice Reconciliation, Approvals & Disputes
  • Processing Deliveries & Delivery Dockets
  • Procurement & Vendor Set Up
  • Doc Control, including Transmittals, Correspondence, Site Reporting Requirements in a timely manner
  • HSE Administration and reporting
  • Liaising & Communicating with Client, Vendors, Work Crews, Project Management & Corporate Teams in a professional manner
  • Ad hoc Site Administration tasks
