Our team in Vancouver is growing, we are currently recruiting for a Site Construction Superintendent (Mining & Metals).
We’re on the look out for a professional with a knack for envisioning and crafting innovative technical concepts within the realm of minerals & metal projects. This opportunity promises not only professional growth but an exciting journey at the forefront of impactful project delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Provide construction input to the construction planning process prior to site mobilization, in particular cold weather considerations.
- Effectively manage assigned onsite activities in the delivery of projects to ensure the successful delivery of the project; constructed on time, to budget and in accordance with Ausenco objectives.
- Ensure that the site runs according to project plans.
- Unwavering dedication to safety and proven ability to achieve construction deadlines.
- Support the Construction Manager and lead an on-site team of supervisors and technical support personnel in completing the assigned scope.
- Manage the construction work in accordance with the project schedule.
- Maintain a professional and functional relationship with client personnel.
