COMPETENCIES & REQUIREMENTS

• Completed Master’s degree with a specialization in finance or comparable
• Professional experience in the automotive industry or manufacturing environment
• Minimum 8 years of experience in financial controlling, knowledge of accouting
• Strong communication skills, fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
• Strong analytical skills, problem-solving skills
• Leadership skills and ability to work in a team

• Supporting the Site Director in his area of responsibility
• Managing the strategy and budget with all departments of the site in coordination with the Site Director
• Tracking and analyzing the budget and managing the related action plans
• Ensuring reporting to the Business Unit: monthly financial statements, rolling forecast, risks and opportunities, results update, investment
• Analyzing the causes of non-compliance with operation results in addition to budget results
• Active work on productivity action plans, improvements and tracking of measures
• Overseeing the operation and optimization of the site’s information system
• Manage the finance and IT department and support the team
