• Review of civil & Structural working drawings and shop drawings in connection with SEM and steel structure shop drawings during pre-construction phase to prepare construction methods, identifying risks to promote strategies and alternative methodologies to mitigate.
• Organizing regular meetings with the sub-contractor’s technical teams to resolve technical problems in pre-construction and construction phase.
• Working closely with consultants and client to resolve execution issues with appropriate functional proposals with an aid of presentation or sketches.
• Preparing method statement for construction working including RA and SWP.
• Prepare of RFI for site inspection for construction, MPI test, welding works and post concrete works and also involving in site inspection with QP.
• Reviewing of rebar works prepared by sub-con in compliance with standards and shop drawings roof slabs, steel structures and corbel details for precast installation.
• Tracking and optimizing manpower for each worksPreparation of conceptual drawings for steel decking or other temporary structures required on site and reviewing shop drawing submitted by sub-con and supervising site installation.
