Join us as a Site Coordinator, where you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting our Fleet Manager and site team. You’ll manage office administrative tasks, facilitate warehouse operations, and ensure the smooth flow of materials for our Gunning Wind Farm!

Job Description

  • Administrative Support: Provide operational and administrative assistance to the Fleet Manager and site team, including tasks such as document collation, filing, and data entry.
  • Warehouse Management: Facilitate warehouse operations, including receiving and shelving stock items, managing inventory accuracy, and operating forklift equipment as needed (training provided if required).
  • Document Management: Maintain accuracy and currency of site-specific documents, policies, and procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Supplier Management: Manage relationships with suppliers, including ordering office supplies, tracking deliveries, and ensuring adequacy of office-related equipment and amenities.
  • Reporting and Compliance: Assist in completing reports, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and maintaining compliance records and registers, ensuring adherence to company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Health and Safety Support: Promote a strong Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) culture, conducting hazard identification, risk assessments, and supporting compliance with safety procedures.

Required Skills and Competencies

  • Previous role involved administrative support, including Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) activities.
  • Experienced in working with external service providers, ensuring effective coordination and communication.
  • Holds a current forklift license or demonstrates a willingness to obtain one (training provided), essential for warehouse operations and material handling.
  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
  • Flexible to travel as needed, including occasional visits to corporate headquarters in Melbourne and other sites, facilitating seamless operations across locations.
