Description:
We are looking for a Site Development Coordinator in the Fowey area on a permanent basis, who can help support the future development of the site and perform day to day support and administration for the current forecourt and site.
Rate of pay/ hours:
- We are looking for the role to be approx. 20 hours per week (4 hours per day).
- There can be some flexibility around this arrangement.
- 25k pro rota
Duties include:
Office:
- Maintains office services by organising office operations and procedures.
- Continuously develop and advance our office and administrative systems.
- Shop - Supporting the Shop Supervisor with stock takes and stock control.
- Fuel - Reviewing weekly pricing emails from fuel supplier and working within the coany fuel pricing strategy to maintain margins and competitive pricing.
- Fuel - Receive fuel training on their system. This includes inputting fuel deliveries, reviewing stock levels to ensure tank levels agree to till system.
- Review site and maintain action plan to ensure we are fully compliant with all regulations required.
- Review and update maintenance log for the site.
Staff:
- Manage staff rota including holiday requests.
Financial:
- Liaising with the company accounts and payroll providers to provide till reports as required.
- Preparing details for customer accounts for payment by the company accountant.
- Managing supplier payments using online banking.
- Responsible for cash management and banking.
Communications:
- Controlling office email and postal correspondence.
- Answer and direct phone calls as required.
Other:
- Providing Directors with weekly business updates.
- Filling in for shifts as a retail assistant in the forecourt shop if required.
Qualifications/Skills
- Some bookkeeping experience is essential.
- High level of IT literacy -using the till system for reporting, using the Xero accounting system and online banking.
- Some retail experience desirable.
- A good team player with an eagerness to help trouble shoot and problem solve when required.
- An organised mindset and the ability to cope with multiple tasks simultaneously, and at times under pressure.
