About The Role
The role of the Site Engineer is to provide assistance to the Estimator and Project Manager in the timely and profitable tendering, planning, delivery and finalisation phases of projects through the project co-ordination of
all allocated construction project requirements.

You can look forward to duties that include but are not limited to:

  • Identify potential cost savings and efficiency gains and recommend solutions.
  • Conduct planning organising and resourcing of the specific operation to ensure priority targets are achieved or exceeded.
  • Ensure key targets are communicated to the work team to ensure all understand daily priorities and targets.
  • Checking drawing and quantities.
  • Working with supervisor to agree on choice of plant/material to be used.

About You

You will need qualification in either Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or any other relevant fields. You will also need to demonstrate the below:

  • A basic understanding of the construction industry including modern construction techniques.
  • Ability to work effectively as a team member
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • A good level of computer literacy including MS Word, Excel and Project
