This role requires excellent communication, strong decision-making skills, and the ability to negotiate and collaborate across continents and cultures.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage daily operations of Myonex GmbH, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Oversee equipment maintenance, structural overheads, and financial performance.
• Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with company objectives.
• Lead and motivate a high-performing team, ensuring staff training and development.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and quality certification processes.
• Represent Myonex GmbH at industry associations and maintain good relations with global entities.
