SITE LEAD - SITE READINESS & LOGISTICS

On behalf of our client, Procom is currently seeking a Site Lead - Readiness & Logstics a twelve (12) month engagement based in Surrey, British Columbia. While this client is pleased to offer a remote work model when possible, this role will require frequent site visits and go-live support.

Site Lead - Site Readiness & Logistics Job Details

  • The Domain Lead will be expected to apply their experiences as a front-line staff member and liaise with colleagues across the region to ensure the design of the new CIS is practical and based on the needs of the region.
  • Serving as a single point-of-contact between program team/leadership, Operational site leaders, End users, and project teams for procurement and operational provisioning to support Engagement, Communication, Change Management, Site Readiness, Deployment, and special event activities.
  • Liaising between the Advance Program Workstreams/Domains and Site equivalents and SMEs and provide audio visual, technical, operational, and logistic as and when required.
  • Assessing deployment needs from a technical, clinical and business readiness perspective and support CIS go-live activities to meet the Advance Program strategic goals, working with the site teams in a holistic manner that supports site current and future state needs.
  • Coordinating with the sites for anything related to rooms, logistics, device requirements, etc. including the analysis, planning, set up, and scheduling including but not limited to procurement, pick up, delivery, assembly, drop off, take-down and removal of items.
  • Identify opportunities for efficiencies and process improvement
  • Developing material for, and hosting demos with different stakeholder groups, as required including technical audio/visual production and editing, building surveys and working with audio/video technical setups for special events and live streaming
  • Providing regular status reporting to Program leadership
  • Ensuring appropriate documentation is organized and can be easily audited
  • Proactively Identifying and escalating risks and issues to the Senior Project Manager as they arise
  • Performing other duties as required to support any/all Work stream and Domain activities or events at any Advance Program active site within the Health region.

Site Lead - Site Readiness & Logistics Mandatory Skills

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in healthcare-related discipline
  • Minimum 4 years recent experience in Healthcare with a focus on IT systems and operational support
  • Strong knowledge of general workflows in a hospital environment
  • Experience in BC HealthcareExperience in large organizationsExperience with large-scale clinical transformation and/or clinical information system implementationExperience with MEDITECH® Expanse
  • Demonstrated internal/external stakeholder provider and clinician engagement experience
  • Excellent written and interpersonal skills essential
  • Must be able to perform multiple tasks and effectively prioritize work
  • Proponent shall possess strong problem solving, analytical, organization, and interpersonal skills and an ability to make effective decisions under pressure
  • Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication, documentation and facilitation skills
  • Experience using tools like JIRA, Smartsheet and Office365
  • Experience in Windows image management, including mass application deployment
  • Experience in requirements gathering and assessment
  • Experience developing device acquisition / procurement approaches including appropriate evaluation methodologies
  • Excellent interpersonal, client service, organizational, and project management skills
  • Excellent communication (verbal, written, and presentation) skills with ability to convey data and technology solutions to all stakeholders

Site Lead - Site Readiness & Logistics Nice-To-Have Skills

  • Experience with 3rd-party device and service procurement models
  • Understanding of reporting and metrics in a healthcare setting
  • System implementation experience required; MEDITECH go-live experience
  • Go-live conversion and cut-over experience
