Purpose of the Job
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Team Player and individual with an Electrical/Mechanical trade background to work as Supervisor/Team Leader as part of a Contract based maintenance team. Candidates must have hands on experience in dealing with planned preventative maintenance and fault finding and managing CMMS and reactive system .

Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Support and Assistance with self delivering PPMs and reactive tasks.
  • Support and Assistance with Contractor delivering PPMs and reactive tasks.
  • First point of escalation for operational issues and resolution onsite
  • Scheduling a PPM Planner and delivering service for our client
  • Assisting with Pricing for Capex works and Member Buy-Ups
  • Assisting Team with Maintaining and updating QHSE Folders , Reports and logbooks.Issuing appropriate QHSE paperwork in line with duties.

TECHNICAL SERVICE SITE LEAD TASKS.

  • Liaise with subcontractors to arrange and supervise planned preventative maintenance on site
  • Coordinate with site Leads maintenance technician to complete all PPM and reactive requests
  • Ensure all CBRE paperwork complete, correct and up to date for the site
  • Assist and guide planned preventative maintenance as per site programme.
  • Assist and guide all site ad hoc repairs and investigations
  • Reactive repairs ensuring minimum downtime on equipment
  • Meet service level agreements and respond to emergency breakdowns across site
  • Ensure all QHSE requirements are fulfilled prior to work commencing
  • Ability to complete handyman tasks as required
  • Specify and order materials as needed for works and ensure stock levels of critical spares are kept updated
  • Problem solving ensuring a solution for all required repairs in a timely manner
  • Liaise with helpdesk, Management and customers with updates on a daily basis
  • Support with Supervising subcontractors onsite to ensure a comprehensive contractor management system, including H&S
  • Positively and actively contribute to and participate in continuous improvement activities in the team
  • Working as part of a team on multi-disciplined projects
  • High standard of housekeeping, material handling and safety at all times
  • Ensure high standards are maintained on M&E and fabric systems
