  We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager with industrial/commercial project expertise to play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful execution of an exciting project. Your main responsibilities will involve managing all on-site activities to ensure adherence to project timelines, budgetary constraints, and safety standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven track record as a Site Manager or in a similar capacity within large-scale construction projects, particularly in the industrial/commercial sector.
• Thorough understanding of construction methodologies, project management principles, and building regulations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Demonstrated capability to manage multiple priorities, make well-informed decisions, and resolve complex issues.
• Familiarity with sustainability principles and experience in implementing green building practices are advantageous.
• Relevant qualifications in construction management, engineering, or a related field are essential.
