QUALIFICATIONS:

• Master’s degree in Engineering/Construction Management.
• Proven experience as a Site Manager or in a similar role within the construction industry. (3 yeras preferred)
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Surveying (e.g., Magnet Office, Use of Total station).
• Ability to read and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project demands.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to various project sites.

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate site personnel and subcontractors.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with project specifications.
• Implement and enforce health and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
• Prepare and submit regular progress reports, change orders, and financial records.
• Manage project budgets and control costs to ensure financial targets are met.
• Oversee procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
