Burbank has an exciting opportunity available for an experienced Site Manager to join the Construction team in ACT and surrounds. In this role you’ll have access to an encouraging and supportive Construction Manager, strong IT systems and support, and a high performing and experienced office-based support team.

You will be empowered to manage your allocated sites and deliver high quality Burbank homes and a smooth and engaging customer experience. The role will have you doing the following but not limited to:

• Managing allocated domestic construction sites.
• Maintain a high level of OH&S on all sites
• Interpreting building plans & adhering to regulations and codes of practice
• Liaising with sub-contractors & suppliers to ensure Efficiency of build program
• Maintaining accurate & effective scheduling of material delivery & labour
• Completing quality assurance inspections in line with company Procedures & relevant standards
• Monitoring & controlling cost expenditure
• Liaise with customers providing a high level of customer service.
