ANDRITZ Oy is looking for a Site Manager to Pulp & Power –business area segment, Operations -function.
In your role you are responsible for all the site activities for named projects in Finland and abroad. You will be leading site team in co-operation with the customer and you are responsible that all the site team members act according to our safety and quality standards. You manage the site team according to the schedule and milestones.
The location of this position can be any ANDRITZ locations in Finland, induction period is held in Varkaus. ANDRITZ Oy centers of excellence are: Helsinki, Vantaa, Varkaus, Kotka, Lahti, Savonlinna, Oulu, Lappeenranta and Tampere.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES ARE AS FOLLOWS:

• Managing project risks and costs at site
• Monitoring and reporting progress punctually
• Planning, implementation and communication of required corrective actions
• Managing site resources
• Managing contract and claim management

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE, WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE:

• Safety-mindset is your main priority
• Master’s or bachelor’s degree from a relevant area or work experience in a similar role
• Minimum five (5) years of work experience in construction and/or commissioning with a particular focus on complex industrial deliveries
• Previous experience of leading multi-cultural teams
• Goal-oriented mindset
• Proven ability to manage simultaneous and overlapping tasks in a rapidly changing working environment
• You are a team player and you have ability to build productive working relationships with colleagues, management and external parties
• Good negotiation, communication, and intercultural skills
• Willingness to travel both domestic and abroad
• Fluent English skills, both written and verbal, other languages are seen as an advantage
