KEY ATTRIBUTES

• Proven track record as either site manager or foreman on high-end residential projects
• Experience in project management or contract administration would be advantageous.
• You will have a passion for high quality building and craftsmanship and feel comfortable in managing a small team as well as managing liaisons Architects, Consultants and Clients to resolve building design issues during construction.

CORE SKILL REQUIREMENTS

• to have a minimum of 3 years experience in a Site Manager / Project Manager role;
• Strong track record in architect designed residential construction of $10M+;
• Experience or understanding of construction detail resolution;
• Excellent attention to detail, quality and finish;
• Understanding of construction sequences, and ability to oversee and manage activities on site on a daily basis;
• Ability to think through issues and resolve complex problems;
• Ability to communicate instructions to site teams and sub-trades

Our Client is a highly reputable and award winning Construction company who build high-end residential and commercial projects. They have been operating in Sydney and surrounds for 15+ years.
They are looking for a Site Manager / Foreman to join their team to initially manage a high-end residential project in North Sydney.
