Site Manager - Commercial Fitout and New Build

The Company
A national commercial construction company that has a great reputation in the industry and a well experienced and resourced team. Our client has excellent talent throughout the business and due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of work is now looking for additional delivery support on some key projects with repeat clients.
Delivering New Build, Fitout and Refurbishment projects you will be exposed to a variety of projects ranging from $2m - $20m.

The Role

• Site Manager joining a well established team and taking control of commercial New Build, Fitout and Refurbishment projects.
• Full time role joining a well resourced team with a good name in the market
• As site manager you will take responsibility for all onsite duties running your own projects end to end

Experience/Qualifications Required

• A stable track record in supervision of commercial building projects across both new build and fitout/refurbishment
• Current First Aid Certificate required
• QBCC Site Supervisor License
• An ability to manage programme, schedule and sequence trades effectively
• Experience in utilising construction software such as Hammertech, Procore or similar
• A natural ability to drive the project forward all the while maintaining and developing relationships with subcontractors, consultants and clients alike.
• A trade or tertiary qualification in construction
• A personality that fit’s a team first business that enjoy a very positive work culture - No separation between office and site team’s
