As a Site Manager at a pharma company in Copenhagen, you’ll lead the way in ensuring our facilities run smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading efforts to exceed contractual expectations and foster collaborative behavior.
  • Promptly resolving issues to maintain a safe, compliant environment.
  • Driving business improvement initiatives while upholding service quality standards.
  • Coordinating with central teams to standardize processes and implement innovations.
  • Cultivating client relationships, leading teams, and introducing best practices.
  • Monitoring KPIs, fostering employee engagement, and ensuring QSHE compliance.
  • Exceeding employee engagement targets and delivering exceptional value to clients.
  • Budget & reporting responsibility for the site

REQUIREMENTS:

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Demonstrated experience in site management and P&L accountability.
  • Exceptional client relationship skills and commercial acumen.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ideally, qualifications in facilities or technical fields.
  • Prior experience in pharmaceutical or large-scale FM contracts is advantageous.
