Site Manager role at high profile, prestigious client of MSS Security. Seeking industry experienced leader, with good organisational and people management skills able to work shifts up to 50 hours per week. Remuneration reflects the responsibilities of this role and is negotiable for the right candidate.

About the role
The Site Manager is responsible for the day-to-day workload of between 20-50 employees, while also managing the operational client relationships, staff rosters, onsite delivery of quality assurance and compliance with MSS Security processes. Delivering strong Customer Service outcomes and continuous improvement is a key deliverable of the role.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Continuously growing and strengthening the current service delivery partnerships, with high quality security services.
  • Ensuring all complaints are investigated and addressed directly, while also communicating with the relevant stakeholders.
  • Assisting with the recruitment and induction of personnel to meet a range of service demands.
  • Ensuring professional and appropriate communication is provided across all employee and management levels.
  • Managing supervisors, team leaders and all MSS personnel onsite.

Skills & experience

  • Excellent leadership skills with a record of developing and leading high performing teams in an industrial environment
  • Strong influencing skills, resilience and a proven ability to navigate complexity in an ever-changing operational environment.
  • Proven relationship management and stakeholder engagement skill
  • Certificate II in Security Operations and current First Aid certificate
  • ACT Security Licence
  • Must have full working rights in Australia
  • Ability to successfully pass a Drug & Alcohol screening

Operational Functions include:

  • Manage ID Services
  • Management, training and compliance with Site Standing Orders
  • Safety systems and reporting of variances between Standard Operating Procedures and actual activities
  • Customer retention activities including reporting and liaison
  • Delivering small group training (eg. Toolboxes - materials supplied) as well as individual coaching / mentoring
  • Maintaining database accuracy through utilising operational systems and software
  • Capacity to fill operational shifts from time to time
