Position Title: Site Manager/Foreman
Location: Athlone/Midlands
Our Client is presently seeking a Site Manager/Foreman to join our team for an esteemed project in the Midlands region. The Clients Construction company is flourishing. Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and oversee project activities to ensure successful project delivery
  • Regularly assess programs and manage expectations of clients and design teams
  • Efficiently manage resources, workforce, subcontractors, equipment, and materials
  • Collaborate with subcontractors, engineers, architects, and technical assessors to ensure project completion as per contracts and schedules
  • Ensure compliance with Quality System, Quality Procedures, and Engineers’ Specifications
  • Achieve agreed objectives in terms of timely delivery, cost, quality, and client satisfaction
  • Maintain the highest standards of Health & Safety at all times
  • Foster positive working relationships with clients, design teams, and office personnel

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a site manager role within the construction industry.
  • Previous involvement in residential developments.
  • Proficient knowledge of quality and safety management systems.
  • Strong IT skills with the ability to generate detailed site reports.
  • Capability to drive projects and perform under strict deadlines.
  • Thorough understanding of Health & Safety requirements within Irish construction sites.
