SITE MANAGER

• Play a unique role in supporting healthy communities.
• Lead a team to efficiently produce high-quality medications in compliance with (GMP)
• Pendle Hill NSW location; onsite parking and dynamic team

• Ensure GMP requirements are met inclusive of strict implementation of instructions relating to packing operations.
• Lead and empower shift supervisors and key personnel to optimise shift operations
• Managing the team to ensure that the daily production and dispatch schedules are met safely, on time and in full.
• Foster a spirit of teamwork and unity, display Sigma Healthcare’s values and behaviours at all times
• Ensure products are packed and stored according to appropriate documentation.
• Accurate and timely reporting of KPI’s and other production related issues
• Provide a safe working environment for all team members at all times.
