Site Manager (Piling Works)

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Site Manager specialized in Piling Works to oversee and manage our construction projects in Singapore. The Site Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of piling operations, adhering to quality standards, safety protocols, and project timelines.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Professional certification or diploma in Project Management is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in piling works, foundation engineering, and construction management, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong technical knowledge and expertise in various piling techniques, equipment, and methodologies.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering piling projects on time, within budget, and with high quality standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• Proficient in project management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and AutoCAD.
• Familiarity with local regulatory requirements, building codes, and industry standards related to piling works in Singapore.
• BCA CoreTrade or Multi-Skilling certification for piling works (preferred).

• Plan, organize, and manage all aspects of piling works at the construction site, including bored piling, driven piling, and sheet piling activities.
• Lead and supervise a team of piling engineers, supervisors, operators, and workers to ensure efficient and effective execution of piling operations.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders, including clients, consultants, architects, and subcontractors, to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are exceeded.
• Review engineering drawings, technical specifications, and construction plans to develop piling methodologies, sequencing, and schedules.
• Monitor project progress, budget allocation, resource utilization, and productivity to achieve project milestones and targets.
• Implement and enforce safety procedures, risk assessments, and quality control measures to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
• Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and quality checks to ensure workmanship, material quality, and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Manage procurement of piling equipment, materials, and resources, and ensure timely delivery and installation at the site.
• Prepare progress reports, documentation, and project records, and communicate updates and issues to senior management and project stakeholders.Mentor, train, and develop team members to enhance their skills, knowledge, and performance in piling operations.
