Responsibilities:
- Provide strong leadership to the site in order to performance across all aspects of production, Health & Safety, and Quality.
- Support and develop business strategy and changes to improve overall business results including developing business cases for CAPEX requests
- Deliver on budgets, ensuring accurate costing and reporting, whilst driving operational costs, reducing labour costs, increasing reliability, and reducing waste and downtime
- Drive capability uplift across the site, enabling the managers to increase performance
About You
In order to make this role a success we are looking for a natural leader who has experience in taking a hands-on approach to driving results and performance in a manufacturing environment. Our site is expanding and undergoing a rebuild so it’s essential the Site Manager can lead from the front.
