Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and results driven Site Manager to support the Project Manager at our St Johns village in an 18 month fixed term role. In this role you will primarily be responsible for all on-site construction activity relating to the delivery of the commercial Main Building. You will coordinate and manage the trade contractors on site, carry out administration requirements, spot potential issues early on and take action to resolve them, together with a strong focus on H&S and accident prevention.

Responsibilities:
- Establishment, monitoring and implementation of the construction program
- Administrative duties including:
- Generation and tracking of RFIs
- Issue Site Instructions
- Contractor coordination
- Managing and implementing construction QA processes
- Updating safety documentation (traffic plans, site specific plans, contractor compliance documentation)
- Ensure documents are up to date and forwarded to contractors
- Up holding a ‘Zero Harm’ culture on site
- Manage and develop direct reports to ensure all aspects of the of the project deliverable are controlled.
