Responsibilities:
- Set the bar high for customer experience, by implementing our customer service guarantee to ensure each visit leaves with a lasting impression.
- Explore growth and sales opportunities, including customised catering.
- Maintain a positive work environment by keeping the team motivated and engaged by embracing our core values.
- Work closely with your Area Manager to thrive in all aspects of operations to identify trends, revenue growth, stock management, and staff development.
- Adhere to health and safety procedures, working with our health and safety team to ensure your site is fully compliant.
- This is a full-time salaried position, and you will be required to work 38 hours per week
