YOUR SKILLS, OUR REQUIREMENTS!
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent experience/training in power generation,
- NFPA 70e training preferred;
- Knowledge of WCB regulation;
- Strong problem-solving skills;
- Ability to be self-motivated and work with minimal supervision;
- Ability to multi-task in a complex and dynamic environment;
- Excellent team player with strong interpersonal skills;
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Be in good physical condition, able to carry out physical tasks and work outdoors in adverse weather conditions;
- Operations Management (preferably in the renewables field);
- MS Office Suite;
- Wind turbine technician designation or equivalent trade experience;
- Working with multiple stakeholders;
- Operations/maintenance of High Voltage systems;
- Road construction and maintenance experience would be an asset;
- Forest Fire operational experience would be an asset.
