In this role, you will undertake the following duties.
- Providing office support including employee support
- Data entry
- Compilation of Presentation with input from the team
- Assistance in internal auditing requirements
- Keeping well-organised files and records of project activity
- Keeping computer databases up to date
- Interacting with clients either on the phone or in person
- Interfacing with IT and managing IT ticket process.
- Managing travel arrangements for employees
- Assisting with minor technical support
- Acting as a personal assistant to the executive team
- Scheduling appointments and events
- Ordering office stationery and other supplies
- Participating in project meetings and taking meeting minutes
- Compiles purchase requisitions (admin supplies)
- Controls material inwards reports (Office)
- Coordinates staff timesheets and leave forms.
- Adhoc administration requirement
