We are looking for a QMS Manager for our location in Kassel, Germany
In this role you ensure that the Management System applicable to the site is adapted to the business needs, deployed, used and compliant with the Alstom/Region’s referential, in relation with local EHS and E&C managers to ensure coherence of actions related to the Management System.
Accountabilities & Authorities:

COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS

  • Master degree (technical or engineering)
  • Experience in managing Quality tools and problem-solving tools.
  • Quality professional background
  • Quality management system, project and operation.
  • Rigor, Communication, knowledge of Quality standard (ISO9001, IRIS, CMMI, ECM,…) and quality tools
  • Experience in operational activities and in documentation management
  • Data driven and courageous - Ability to manage teams in cross and multicultural relationships,
  • Collaboration and team working
