ABOUT YOU

We’re looking for a technical expert with excellent collaboration skills, and a focus on customer satisfaction, along with the following experience:

  • Industry experience preferably insurance/financial services.
  • Source management tools such as Git.
  • Infrastructure experience to manage Dockers.
  • Kubernetes JavaScript.
  • Experience in Java, Springboot, SQL, and Scripting.
  • Some experience with ReactJS or other JavaScript frameworks.
  • Single page application architecture.
  • Continuous Delivery and Continuous Integration tools and processes.
  • Experience in Agile and Agile processes.

Responsibilities:

We’re seeking a Site Reliability Engineer responsible for responding to incidents, including triaging, investigating, escalating, coordinating with Major Incident Management, engaging stakeholders, and other technical support teams, and managing technical communications.
Additionally, you’ll be tasked with supporting and upgrading both software and infrastructure, collaborating with infrastructure teams to ensure system currency and performance.
This full-time role is open for the Sydney location.
