THE POSITION
We are looking for a passionate and accurate Site Reliability Engineer to join our growing software engineering team in Veszprém. As part of our team you will help us operate our Cloud Email Security system.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
- Accuracy and respecting rules and processes
- Monitoring and alerting experience
- Windows Server and/or Linux systems experience
- Profound knowledge of containers and orchestration
- Cloud automation knowledge (Terraform / Ansible / Others)
- Experience with one major Cloud provider AWS or Azure (access management, networking, compute, serverless, databases, monitoring)
- Experience with Bash, Python or PowerShell
- Software delivery lifecycle knowledge (Git, CI/CD)
- Application, Environment and Data security practices knowledge
- Incident Management, Change Management and Disaster Recovery experience
- Ability to communicate efficiently with internal stakeholders
- Experience in incident management or willingness to managing teams are welcomed
- Ability to coach/mentor team members is also a plus
Responsibilities:
- Incident management and post-incident analysis
- Production maintenance and deployments
- Continuous improvement of Cloud infrastructure monitoring and maintenance system
- Drive to improve SLOs for all services
- Access management and securing customer data
- Provide 24/7 on-call support for our customer
